Pat Woods is an artist from Upper Darby, PA, which is just due west of Philadelphia.  He graduated from Temple's Tyler School of Art in 2005, with a BS in Art Education.

 

Works include Prints, Drawings, and Paintings is styles that range from Political Cartoons to Minimalist Abstraction.  Themes usually deal with man versus his world, or man versus himself.  Pat sees himself as a folk artist.  Many of his works try to tell a story, or convey a message, much like the folk tales and songs passed down through history.
